Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation in Dallas is offering an internship with the Monitoring and Optimization (M&O) team. You will gain hands-on experience supporting engineers in refinery monitoring, data analysis, and cross-site collaboration.

You will use Seeq, PI Vision, DataPARC and Power BI to evaluate operating data, develop monitoring strategies, and present findings to engineers and leadership. Office-based role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of engineering concepts and ability to apply analytically.
• Ability to stay abreast of new technology developments and processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Support daily monitoring activities, including alert screening and KPI review.
• Assist in identifying abnormal operating conditions and performance issues.
• Use Seeq, PI Vision, DataPARC and Power BI to evaluate refinery data.
• Develop or improve monitoring strategies, dashboards, and visualizations.
