Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions is seeking a Monitoring Analyst to join the KAES Monitoring Capability, advancing technology for real-time process and equipment health monitoring across sites. You will analyze data, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights to improve asset performance.

You will work with internal customers, travel 10–25% as needed, and help develop processes and tools to deliver value to partner sites within KAES’s remote, cross-site collaboration model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Operations or Process industry experience.
• Willing and able to travel 10% to 25% to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Automatically identify deviations, anomalies, trends, and potential problems.
• Review processes/assets of responsibility (~50%).
• Validate potential issues and notify appropriate site contacts.
• Provide visibility and actionable insights to constraints that hinder asset and process performance.
• Communicate potential for asset failure and process deficiencies to sites early.
• Build and maintain models that detect process and asset anomalies (~25%).
• Collaborate with monitoring team and site resources on chronic problems or large opportunities (~15%).
• Support the development of work processes and tools to deliver value to partner sites (~10%).

KochAg and Energy Solutions is looking for aMonitoring Analystto join our KAES Monitoring Capability to advance application of technology in the process and equipmentheathmonitoring space.The KAES Monitoring& DiagnosticsCapability is a remote, cross-site partnership with KAES’s operating facilities, providing collaboration and support across multiple disciplines ofexpertiseto automatically detect process and equipment performance deviations in real time.The team applies an enterprise-wide, scalable approach to drive transformational improvement in business performance through enabling better decisions in how weoperateand maintain our assets.

Our Team

This role willworkwith internal customers in business, technical and operations teams applying knowledge and data analytics to solve business problems and enable faster and better decisions through broader and deeperprocessand equipment analysis.

What You Will Do

• Leverage technology to automaticallyidentifydeviations, anomalies, trends, potentialproblems.
• Reviewing processes/assets of responsibility.(~50%)
• Validate potential issues and notifyappropriate sitecontacts.
• Provide visibility and actionable insights to constraints that hinder asset and process performance.
• Communicate potential for asset failure and process performance deficiencies to the sites well before failure occurs.
• Build andmaintainmodels that will automatically detect process and asset anomalies. (~25%)
• Work together with monitoring team and site resources on chronic problems or large opportunities where the combined skills of the team can help to solve problems.(~15%)
• Support the development of work processes and tools to effectively deliver value to our partner sites. (~10%)

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• At least2 years ofOperationsor Processindustry experience (understanding of chemical processes and associated equipment).
• Willingand able to travel 10% to 25% to other sites.
