Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of the Baptist Health system, is seeking a Monitor Technician for Telemetry PCU in Boca Raton. This full-time role involves continuous observation of cardiac rhythms for patients on telemetry and prompt reporting of dysrhythmias to care teams.

Qualifications include a High School/GED/Certification and basic computer skills; 1 year experience and BLS are preferred. The position is located on-site in Boca Raton with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Description

Responsible for the continuous observation of cardiac rhythms on patients requiring telemetry monitoring and reporting of dysrhythmia to the appropriate individual. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.54 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Additional Qualifications:

• 1 year experience preferred.


• Basic Life Support preferred.


• Successful completion of an electrocardiogram course or experience and upon hire successful completion of the electrocardiogram monitoring exam within 30 days of hire.


• Basic computer skills.
