Job summary

Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA, is seeking a Monitor Technologist to provide continuous telemetry monitoring for adult and pediatric patients, document rhythms, and ensure equipment is functioning properly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of an approved dysrhythmia course in the first week, and strong communication and computer skills. Work 36 hours weekly with a 7a-7p schedule, pay range $19.80-$29.70.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, stretching, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. Must speak and understand English in good understandable terms. Must have manual and finger dexterity. Physical abilities testing required.
