First Student is hiring a Part Time School Bus Monitor in Euclid, OH. You will assist the bus driver to provide a safe journey for students, with no prior experience required. We offer industry-leading training and safety programs, with a starting hourly rate of $17.25 and a training rate of $11.00.

As a Part Time School Bus Monitor, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students. You will assist the bus driver in providing an excellent and safe journey for students to and from school. No experience as a School Bus Monitor is required! Your day as a School Bus Monitor/Aide will include:

• Help students safely board and exit the bus

School Bus Monitor/Aide qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible split shifts (AM/PM)

• Friendly, reliable, and patient working with children
• Team-oriented with a focus on safety

This role requires English proficiency. Federal, state, and local requirements, including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, require training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications be conducted in English.
