Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm in Illinois is seeking an experienced professional to join as a Business Process Consultant. The role requires at least 9 years of experience in Business Process Consulting and mandatory hands-on experience with MongoDB/NoSQL. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have a strong background in Information Technologies, specifically in architecture, design, and database performance tuning. This is a full-time and permanent position, welcoming U.S. citizens and authorized workers only.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of experience in Business Process Consulting.
• Hands-on experience in MongoDB/NoSQL is mandatory.
• At least 11 years of experience within Information Technologies.
• Additional experience in any other BigData database/Java is an added advantage.
• Experience in architecture/design/detailing of processes.
• Experience in Relational Data modeling, Database performance tuning, Application Integration, Database planning.

Job Description

• At least 9 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition,
• Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Hands-on Experience in MongoDB/NoSql is mandatory.
• Additional experience in any other BigData database/Java is an added advantage.
• Should have a proven record in designing, architecting and executing projects from solution
• Experience in Relational Data modeling, Database performance tuning,
• Application Integration, Database planning is an added advantage.
• Up-to-date on key trends and understands market dynamics and opportunities in Telecom.
• Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.
• Collaborate with business users to define business transformation rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
