Albertsons Companies is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to deliver high-quality service at the front desk. You will operate cash registers, process payments, assist customers with loyalty programs, and handle transactions such as money orders, wire transfers, gift cards, and lotto tickets.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, well-stocked service desk and front area.

Qualificações

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and money-counting machines.
• Capable of handling stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced store environment.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with conduct standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process customer payments.
• Assist customers with Loyalty Program questions or sign-ups and answer inquiries.
• Bag items and maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area.
• Replace stock in display areas and ensure neat presentation.
• Process returns, sell gift cards and lottery tickets, and handle other transactions as needed.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming policy.
• Support team with daily store operations as required.
