Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse Freight Handler for a production-pay role. You will load and unload cargo, operate RF scanners, and keep loads moving safely in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse.

Expect daily shifts Monday–Thursday, with 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, and overtime as needed. Earnings range from $200 to $250 per shift, equivalent to about $16–$25+ per hour, paid by production.

What You'll Do

Outbound Loading

• Load cartons from conveyor systems into trailers.
• Scan freight using handheld RF scanners.
• Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
• Build secure, organized trailer loads while meeting production goals.

Inbound Unloading

• Unload cartons from inbound trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor belts for processing.
• Scan and sort products into the correct rolling cages.
• Work with your team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

This is a physically active position involving regular lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout your shift.

Earnings

Production-Based Compensation

• Average earnings of $200–$250 per shift
• Typical equivalent of $16–$25+ per hour
• Paid by production—not hourly
• Higher performance means higher earnings

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shifts may finish early when workload allows
• Overtime as requested by the site
