Pace® Labs in Folcroft, PA is seeking a part-time Sample Transport Associate to pick up, transport and deliver samples and materials. You’ll review documents, prep vehicles, and support staff to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. You will operate a GPS-enabled vehicle with telematics and contribute to a safe, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain licenses.
• Knowledge of safe driving and sample transport principles.
• Ability to learn policies and transportation protocols.
• Strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents, databases for sample pickup and delivery.
• Prepare assigned vehicle for daily operations with safety checks.
• Provide support to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and propose process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; escalate as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency and participate in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused work environment aligned with Pace® values.
