Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Momentum-focused developer for our Government & Public Services GPS team in Rosslyn, VA. The role emphasizes designing and delivering Momentum components, integrating with external systems, and maintaining robust data structures.

On-site work up to five days a week is expected, with a TS clearance and polygraph eligibility. The position requires strong SDLC experience across multiple technologies and federal/ERP project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Active TS clearance with SCI upgrade eligibility and polygraph.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise financial systems, ERP, or federal system implementations.
• 2+ years Momentum development experience (custom development, integrations, workflows, reporting).
• 2+ years SDLC experience with WebMethods, Java, C++, Jenkins or BIRT.
• Willing to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Momentum components including extensions, workflows, interfaces, batch jobs, utilities, and reports.
• Build and support integrations between Momentum and external systems; develop database objects and data structures.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support data conversions, migrations, releases, defect resolution across environments.
• Create/maintain technical design docs, configuration docs, installation scripts, deployment packages.
• Perform unit/integration/system testing and assist with user acceptance testing.

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

• Designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Momentum technical components, including extensions, workflows, interfaces, batch jobs, utilities, and reports
• Building and supporting integrations between Momentum and external systems, and developing database objects, queries, and data structures that support application performance and data integrity
• Partnering with functional analysts, architects, testers, and other project stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Supporting data conversions, migrations, reconciliations, code promotions, release activities, and post-production defect resolution across development, test, and production environments
• Creating and maintaining technical design documents, configuration documentation, installation scripts, deployment packages, and other delivery artifacts
• Performing unit, integration, and system testing, supporting user acceptance testing, and resolving technical defects, performance issues, and system errors

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access with polygraph
• 2+ years of consulting or industry experience supporting enterprise financial systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, or federal system implementations
• 2+ years of Momentum technical development experience, including custom development, integrations, workflows, batch jobs, or reporting
• 2+ years experience working through the SDLC with development in one or more of the following areas: WebMethods, Java, C++, Jenkins or BIRT
• Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days per week

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 to $121,500.
