One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst / Tier 2 Helpdesk to support a Government Client in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST financial management applications, serving as a functional expert for troubleshooting and enhancements.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service mindset, analytical problem-solving skills, and hands-on federal financial management application support experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience supporting enterprise financial management systems.
• Prior experience supporting Momentum (UFMS) is required.
• Prior experience supporting FIRST financial management applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 Helpdesk support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST financial management applications.
• Troubleshoot complex user issues and document resolutions.
• Serve as a functional analyst for system enhancements and improvements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, developers, and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
• Perform system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support Vendor Management processes within the financial management system.
• Administer user security roles and access requests in compliance with policies.
• Support G-Invoicing processes and resolve related functional issues.
• Develop, update, and maintain user guides and training materials.
• Monitor system performance and propose process improvements.
• Provide excellent customer support and clearly communicate technical information.
• Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and special projects.
