BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader on the Island of Molokai to supervise a 2–5 person crew, deliver high-quality landscape services, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations. You will oversee maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management while ensuring safety and efficiency.

This role requires leadership experience in a landscape setting, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is required.
• Possession of a valid Driver License.
