Job summary

Qualifications include CA license and at least one year of molecular lab experience, with strong English communication and proficiency in sequencing analysis software.

Qualifications

• DNA extraction, PCR, capillary electrophoresis, Southern blot, Sanger sequencing and other molecular biology protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot assays with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and sequencing analysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Clinical Laboratory Scientist with a current CA license.
• At least one year of experience in a clinical molecular lab.
• Ability to follow laboratory policies and procedures and maintain effective work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of laboratory tests by manual methods or automated devices.
• Handle specimen procurement through data analysis and reporting to support disease detection and treatment.
• Ensure accuracy of results and maintain compliance with lab policies.
