Job summary

Tempus in Chicago seeks a Molecular Pathologist to evaluate NGS results and perform pathology reviews (H&E and IHC) for clinical and research specimens. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering clinical reports and answering key biological questions.

Requirements include an MD with IL license, ABP board certification in Molecular Genetic Pathology (or eligibility), and experience with NGS interpretation. Regulatory compliance is essential in a CLIA/CAP environment.

Qualifications

• MD with current medical license in Illinois required or to be obtained before start date.
• Board certified or eligible in Molecular Genetic Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.
• Clinical experience with next generation sequencing interpretation is preferred.
• Experience in oncology/immunology/clinical research is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate NGS sequencing results.
