Job summary

mdxhealth is seeking a Molecular Diagnostic Specialist to lead sales and marketing of its oncology products in a defined US territory. You will call on surgeons, urologists, and pathologists to create demand for our cancer diagnostics.

The role drives new oncology business, maintains customer relationships, and aims to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO and regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree is preferred with 3–5 years of related experience.

Job description

The Molecular Diagnostic Specialist (MDS) will be responsible for the Sales and Marketing of mdxhealth’s oncology product line within a defined territory. Initially, the MDS will be responsible for calling on Surgeons, Urologists, and Pathologists to create demand for mdxhealth’s products. The MDS will be responsible for driving new oncology business, maintaining customer relationships and meeting and exceeding sales targets established by the management team. Responsible for compliance to all applicable regulations including but not limited to the Food and Drug Administration, ISO and State and Federal requirements.

• Ideal location for a candidate is in Richmond or Virgina Beach area. Must be close to a major airport and must be able to travel.
• Experience in medical sales as a top performer.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3 to 5 years related experience.
• Well organized with the ability to successfully manage the territory.
• Technical ability to teach others scientific data pertaining to mdxhealth products.
• Team player with positive attitude
• Hiring salary range: $125,000 to $140,000. The actual annual salary will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
