Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology or related field.
Hands‑on experience with standard molecular biology techniques and cloning workflows.
Experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze plasmids using SnapGene or comparable software.
Perform cloning workflows, including PCR, restriction digestion, Gibson Assembly, and transformation.
Maintain cultures and glycerol stocks for plasmid propagation.
Prepare IVT templates and perform in vitro transcription for mRNA production.
Execute mammalian cell culture, transfections, and assay readiness.
Perform protein analysis and immunoassays such as Western blotting and ELISA.
Collect, analyze, and document assay results with accuracy and reproducibility.
Maintain laboratory notebooks and electronic records.
