• Familiarity with molecular cloning, protein purification, anaerobic culture, fluorescence microscopy, or standard microbiology is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute genetic, biochemical, and molecular biology studies on Clostridioides difficile.
• Record results, analyze data, and assist in manuscript writing.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and order supplies; monitor inventory and safety.
• Present data at lab meetings and assist with conferences as needed.
• Provide support for lab personnel and contribute to protocol development.
