HI-LEX Controls is seeking a skilled operator trainer for its Hudson, MI facility. The role focuses on teaching safe operation of injection molding machines, verifying first-piece quality, and ensuring materials and processes meet established standards.
The successful candidate will perform in-process checks, identify non-conforming parts, and participate in preventive maintenance and TPM activities while maintaining a clean, safe work environment on third shift.

Performs duties to instruct operators in the safe and proper methods of performing their duties to produce a part conforming to our quality and performance standards. Ensures that operators perform work according to work instructions, including proper use of appropriate PPE. Capable of changeovers on all assigned plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Follow process set up sheets to ensure parts are being produced to established parameters.
