PLASKOLITE is seeking a Molding Technician I in Lancaster, PA to support material handling, mold changes, and equipment maintenance. The role requires operating injection molding machines, inspecting parts for quality, and ensuring production schedules are followed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years related experience; polycarbonate processing is a plus. This full-time, on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a growth path within Operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years related experience.
• Background in processing polycarbonate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic injection molding machines and monitor for jams.
• Measure products and inspect surfaces for defects.
• Set up and run molds per production schedule.
• Record process data and maintain setup sheets.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules.
