Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Molding Team Operator to set molds, make process adjustments and operate more complex molding machines to produce high quality assemblies and insert molded tubing. Follow specific procedures and recordkeeping requirements on multiple machines.

The successful candidate will ensure product complies with specifications, participate in 5S and EH&S initiatives, train new operators and communicate issues with technicians to support continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Adequate fine motor coordination for handling parts and tooling.
• Sound judgment for product disposition and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set molds and perform process adjustments on molding machines.
• Produce high quality assemblies and insert molded tubing.
• Recordkeeping and compliance with procedures on multiple machines.
• Take readings, perform testing and audits for quality control.
• Assist in training of new Operators (on-the-job training).
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in EH&S initiatives.
