Polytainers Inc. is hiring for a Molding – Packer role in Lee's Summit, MO. The Packer reports to the Molding Cell Leader and Packer Supervisor and primarily packs molded parts while visually inspecting for quality defects. The night shift runs 7 pm to 7 am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
Responsibilities include packing parts, obtaining supplies, assembling and labeling boxes, performing line clearance when needed, and supporting the relief Packer during breaks or absenteeism.

The Packer reports to the Molding Cell Leader and the Packer Supervisor. Their primary responsibility is to pack molded production parts while ensuring quality by visually inspecting parts for quality defects. Their secondary responsibilities include housekeeping and sorting as required. When performing duties of the Relief Packer, their primary responsibility is to relieve Packers during breaks, lunches, and to cover for absenteeism.
