IPEX in Pineville, NC is seeking a dependable Molding Operator to run molding presses and related equipment, ensuring high-quality fittings while meeting production and safety standards.

The role requires working a day shift (6:30am-6:30pm) with a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern. The successful candidate will prioritize safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to follow written instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools.
• Forklift experience or the ability to become forklift certified.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding presses and related equipment to produce fittings.
• Monitor production processes for quality and efficiency.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Support daily production goals and maintain productivity.
• Assist with corrective actions for production or quality concerns.
• Perform product inspections and report non-conformances.
