Job summary

Koller Craft, LLC in Gadsden, AL is seeking a Molding Machine Operator to run an Injection Molding machine and produce a diverse line of plastic components. You will inspect parts, perform related manual operations, and support several machines as shifts permit.

No prior experience is required beyond a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, read basic instructions, write simple notes, and communicate clearly with team members on-site.

Description

Title: Molding Machine Operator-Various Shifts

Department: Injection Molding Department

Reports To: Molding Supervisor

SUMMARY: To operate an Injection Molding machine to produce a diversified line of products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Operate injection molding machine to produce a diversified line of molded products from a variety of pre-mixed standard plastic components.

Remove molded part from machine and visually inspect molded part for defects.

Perform various manual operations to finished product.

May operate more than one machine as operating cycle permits.

Position may require working on alternate shifts and overtime will be available.
