Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a Production Operator to join our injection-molding team and support manufacturing operations.

The role involves operating and maintaining presses, verifying product quality against the inspection plan, packaging finished items, and completing production-related paperwork. The candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and work the 2:00PM - 10:30PM shift.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in molding/production.
• Ability to operate and maintain injection-molding presses.
• Able to read and follow quality inspection plans.
• Able to report production, scrap, downtime and issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains injection-molding presses.
• Visually inspects molded product being produced to ensure conformance to requirements as specified per the quality inspection plan and mold book.
• Packages completed product per the packing process sheet.
• Completes required paperwork to report production, scrap, downtime, problems and issues related to the equipment and labor reporting.
