Job summary

Dynomax, a family-owned manufacturer in Wheeling, Illinois, seeks a Molding Operator to join our 1st Shift manufacturing team. You will operate molding machinery, trim parts, and perform insert molding as required.

Responsibilities include collecting parts from machines, completing machine paperwork with traceability tickets, and determining which parts ship or require secondary operations. Basic math, microscope inspection, and clear English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in counting, adding and subtracting numbers.
• Ability to inspect parts under a microscope.
• Ability to communicate effectively & understand directions given in the English language.

MOLDING OPERATOR

A family-owned company, Dynomax designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking a Molding Operator to join our 1st Shift manufacturing team.

The Molding Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, inspecting and trimming parts and insert molding.

Molding Operator Job Responsibilities Include

• On an hourly basis collect parts from machines and remove scrap pieces from the collection pan
• Fill out the paperwork at each machine and add traceability tickets when collecting finished parts
• Inspect parts and determine which parts can be shipped and which parts require secondary operations

Molding Operator Job Requirements Include
