Job summary

Staffmark in Hebron, KY is seeking a Molding Machine Operator to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

You will set up machines, perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain safe, efficient operations while meeting production targets. The role offers a 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule with competitive hourly pay of $20–$22 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus an optional 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training beneficial.
• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Able to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to monitor equipment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Power up, set up, and run machines during your shift.
• Troubleshoot problems as they pop up.
• Perform quality checks on products and parts.
• Do routine adjustments and small repairs.
