Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Blow out assigned areas on a daily basis and sweep up parts.
• Oil mop production floor daily and communicate large leaks to shift supervisor/lead.
• Clean mop assigned areas of the floor daily.
• Clean molding machines, conveyors and auxiliary equipment as assigned or required.
• Monitor downtime on machines and communicate issues to Process Tech, Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintains area with boxes/totes for production based on established guidelines.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases or other containers.
• Scan molding production to warehouse within assigned area.
• Empty waist/trash barrels daily.
• Accurately complete necessary documentation and ensure accuracy of scanning.
• Adhere to daily molding schedule regarding restarts, shut downs and change overs.
• Relieve associates in assigned area for breaks.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor/lead
• Must follow all work rules and policies.
