Job summary

Gauthier Biomedical Inc. is seeking a production operator to support the molding process and ensure timely manufacture of quality components.

You will deflash, paint logos with silicone ink, run pad printing, and assist with silicone mold presses while maintaining measurements and tolerances. The role requires basic tools experience, attention to safety, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 months of related production experience or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

• Carefully paints logos/names on parts using silicone ink
• Operates the pad printing machine to apply silicone ink per specs
• Assists with Silicone Mold Presses and handles inserts
• Marks or discards items with defects or unsuitable finishes
• Uses hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments
• Ensures conformance to specifications and tolerances
• Maintains safety, follows company policies, and communicates effectively

Job Requirements: Summary

Responsible for supporting all aspects of the molding process to ensure the timely manufacture of quality components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs deflashing operations; removes excess silicone material and cleans molded products. Carefully paints specified logos and/or names on parts per customer specifications with silicone ink. Operates the pad printing machine to properly apply silicone ink per customer specifications. Assists with operating Silicone Mold Presses. Appropriately marks or discards items with defects, unacceptable shapes or finishes. Properly cleans and prepares inserts to be molded. Uses a variety of hand and power tools. Uses precision measuring instruments and equipment to determine component conformance to specifications; calculates dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and measuring instruments. Performs other production assignments as necessary. Maintains a professional working relationship and effectively communicates with all employees, managers, vendors, customers and regulatory agencies. Understands and complies With Company Policies And Procedures, Regulatory Requirements And Safety regulations. Regular attendance at work is required.
