Responsibilities include setting up machines, loading materials, inspecting parts, maintaining a clean work area, and completing production documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in molding, machine operation, or manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documentation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts if required.
