Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Michigan is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to handle 2D and complex 3D surface machining for plastic injection molds. You will program, set up, and run on Makino, Fidia, and DMG machines using Tebis, Heidenhain, and Fanuc controls to deliver precise parts.

The role requires 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience, a hands-on mold background, and a team-focused attitude. Expect a dynamic shop with on-site crew, regular attendance, and safety-focused practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years CNC programming experience.
• Tebis experience is a major plus.
• Hands-on background in plastic injection molds.
• Team-first attitude with sound judgment and integrity.
• Comfort around oils and lubricants; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and regular attendance.
• Able to pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Own programming and machining for 2D operations and complex 3D surfaces (full CAD/CAM).
• Perform setups and operate Makino, Fidia, and DMG equipment.
• Leverage Heidenhain and Fanuc controls for repeatable precision.
• Apply laser tool settings and macros to boost productivity.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts in a fast-paced shop.
