Job summary

Pure Fishing is hiring a Mold Technician I for its Plano facility. You’ll lead mold setups, troubleshoot issues, and program robotics to keep presses running at efficient cycles. A strong focus on quality and collaboration is required, with a Monday-Thursday shift 5PM–3AM and occasional Fridays.

You should have 1–5+ years in injection molding, read blueprints, and lift up to 50 lbs. This role offers a hands-on manufacturing environment and opportunities for growth within a globally recognized

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of injection molding experience.
• Knowledge of tools and mechanics related to molding machines.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical demands.
• Familiarity with blueprints, line diagrams, and molding machine control screens.
• A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of mold setups, teardowns, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure products meet high quality standards.
• Program robots to support operations.
• Master tools and techniques to keep presses running smoothly.
• Collaborate with teammates to tackle challenges and maintain workflow.
• Maintain a safety-first workspace using LO TO, Sling & Crane, etc.
