Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Setup Tech to support the production line by following the mold change schedule, ensuring quality bottles are ready for packing, and maintaining machine efficiency through setup processes. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to ISO standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, and the ability to handle tools safely in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds or more regularly.
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Make Safety a #1 priority.
• Keep Setup shop and current working area clean and safe.
• Communicate with Maintenance Manager about shop needs.
• Communicate with Quality and Production teams on mold/run information.
• Understand machine parts related to molds and tooling.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect and reassemble heads and molds on SBM/EBM machines.
• Other duties as assigned.
