Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; construction or trades helpful.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read shop tickets and interpret measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and install assorted materials in production molds prior to concrete pouring.
• Ensure components are placed according to specifications for pre-pour quality.
• Assist in staging molds and materials to support efficient production flow.
• Verify the readiness of forms and embedded items before concrete placement.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
