Green Home Solutions Company is seeking a Mold Remediation Technician in West Hartford, Connecticut. This role involves inspecting clients’ homes, discussing remediation options, and performing essential functions such as loading equipment and operating a company van.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in the disaster restoration industry is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs and carry equipment upstairs.
• Professional manner and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes/business and discuss remediation options.
• Load/unload supplies and operate a company van to the work site.
• Place air movers and dehumidifiers effectively.
• Perform basic demo tasks and spray fungicides.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean job site and follow safety practices.
