Precision Replacement Parts in Wisconsin is seeking reliable manufacturing team members to join our shift. The role focuses on assembling and handling parts with attention to safety and quality while maintaining productivity.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, up to 100 lbs lift, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced extrusion environment. Training on molding and trimming processes will be provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of successful related work, extrusion or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs. occasionally, standing during the shift, and using hands and arms with coordination and strength

* Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

* Must be able to push and pull molds

* Must be able to sit, stand and walk frequently.

* Must be able to trim parts with scissors, blades, etc.

* Must be able to handle/work in front of heated presses.
