Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Mold Prep worker to prepare boat molds by cleaning and applying wax for gel coating. You will work in a production setting with a team to move molds and ensure smooth workflow.

The role includes manual tasks such as lifting up to 59 lbs, handling mold covers, and following written and verbal instructions, with an emphasis on safety and quality in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean molds, apply wax, and remove wax.
• Clean and wipe down mold.
• Cover mold with plastic sheeting and secure with masking tape.
• Work in team to push and pull boat mold into production area.
• All other duties as assigned.
