Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform mold breakdowns, cleanings, inspections, and PM.

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, drill press, grinders, and related equipment.
• Fabricate and assemble parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specs.

NOW HIRING: Mold Mechanic II – West Bend, WI

We're working with a growing manufacturer in West Bend that's looking to add an experienced MoldMechanic II to their 2nd shift team (Mon–Fri, 3:45pm–12:15am).

This is a hands-on role focused on moldmaintenance, repair, and preventive care. The right person is technicallysharp, comfortable with precision machining, and experienced working withplastic injection molds.
