Job summary

Parallel Employment Group is seeking qualified Machine Operators for manufacturing clients in Darien, Delavan, Lake Geneva, WI. 1st shift and 2nd shift options with overtime opportunities, wage $18.65-$22.00 per hour depending on shift. Long-Term Temp to Hire opportunities available.

Responsibilities include operating molding machines, demolding, mold maintenance, changing molds, de-flashing, finishing and ensuring product cleanliness through each stage of manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Operate machine in a safe manner to efficiently mold product.
• Demold and charge molds within set machine time parameters.
• Mold maintenance and mold inspection.
• Assist mold technician with mold changes as necessary.
• De-flashing molded products – requires use of knives and hand scrapers.
• Perform some secondary finishing on molded products.
• Ensure product cleanliness before progressing to next phase of manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to mold products safely and efficiently.
• Demold, charge and setup molds within time parameters.
• Assist with mold changes and maintenance as needed.
• De-flash molded parts using knives/hand scrapers and perform finishing steps.
• Keep work area and finished parts clean for next manufacturing stage.
