Responsibilities include ensuring safe, efficient operation of equipment, loading materials, weighing ingredients, and maintaining quality through QMS adherence. The role emphasizes lean manufacturing principles, documentation accuracy, and teamwork to keep lines safe, clean, and productive.

Qualifications

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently following procedures.
• Maintain quality by following QMS and standard work.
• Collaborate with teammates to stock lines and materials.
• Monitor processes and report safety, quality, or productivity issues.
• Document safety, quality, and productivity records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment.
• Follow the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Stock lines/machines with needed materials.
• Transport, weigh, and mix ingredients as required.
• Load/unload machines and perform periodic checks.
