Job summary

Lloyd Richards Personnel is seeking a mold injection press operator for the Broken Arrow area. This position operates on the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to midnight, Monday through Friday, in a hot production environment. You will load steel molds into presses and supervise the injection of hot rubber/plastic to form parts.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting and handle repetitive tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards. Training provided on equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Load steel molds into presses.
• Operate machines injecting hot rubber/plastic into molds to produce parts.
