Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Disassembles, cleans, and inspects molds at the end of production runs or mold changes.
  • Performs basic repairs to molds using milling, welding, grinding, and related tools.
  • Records work performed on molds and maintains clean, safe work area.
  • Adheres to safety policies and procedures.

To view positions currently available at Kinetico, click the button below.# **Job Description:****Purpose:** The Entry Level Mold cleaner works under direct supervision to clean, inspect and perform simple maintenance to molds at the end of each production run.**Key Areas of Responsibility:*** Maintains molds by disassembling, cleaning and inspecting each mold at the end of each production run or mold changes.* Performs basic repairs to molds by machining such as milling, welder, grinder and impact tools.* Records work done on the molds at the end of each cleaning.* Maintains work area by cleaning, straightening and sweeping as necessary.* Adheres to all safety policies and procedures and maintains a safe and clean work area.* *This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive.
