Land O'Lakes is hiring a Molasses Cook for the 2nd shift to operate mixing and packaging lines in our food production facility. You will follow production schedules, monitor quality, and maintain accurate records to support efficiency and safety.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with basic computer skills and a focus on teamwork and reliability. The role requires physical stamina and willingness to work across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Age: 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow instructions.
• Reading and understanding verbal and written instructions.
• Safety: maintain personal and coworker safety at all times.
• Time management: meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with others to meet team goals.
• Active learning and listening to new information.

Responsabilités

• Operate machine tools and packaging equipment to meet production specs.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and identify, discard, or rework faulty products.
• Maintain daily production records and input data for performance analysis.
• Operate all equipment and processes.
• Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot problems.
