Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Mohs Technician to join our dermatology team in Naperville, IL. This full-time role (40 hours/week) supports Mohs procedures, lab operations, and patient flow at the City Gate clinic, with occasional travel to other Dermatology sites as needed.

You will work closely with the Mohs Micrographic Surgeon, assist with the Mohs laboratory, and help ensure efficient patient throughput while contributing to a high-quality patient experience across our connected network.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assist or Paramedic program or equivalent gained through experience is required.
• 2 years of experience with outpatient surgical procedures, Mohs preferred.
• Dermatology or Surgical Center experience is required.
• Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge and ability to identify surgical instruments.

Responsibilities

Overview : Mohs Technician

Position Highlights:

• Dermatology
• Full-Time; 40 hours/week
• Hours: Monday-Friday hours varying between 7:00am-4:00pm; alternating Wednesdays and Fridays off
• Location: Naperville - City Gate clinic
• Travel: Travel to other Dermatology sites for coverage if needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Physician/Mohs Micrographic Surgeon during Mohs procedures
• Assist with maintaining Mohs laboratory
• Assure efficient patient flow through the site

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE:

• CPR certified
• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assist or Paramedic Program required or equivalent gained through experience.

• Dermatology or Surgical Center experience required.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $25.94-38.01 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
