StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Mohs Surgeon for an office in Naperville, Illinois. This position comes with a competitive salary range of $350,000 - $500,000+ annually, a sign-on bonus, and a flexible schedule.

Overview

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Mohs Surgeon for a leading dermatology practice with 250+ locations nationwide, for its office in Naperville, Illinois. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a stable, physician-led organization with a long track record of low provider turnover, strong clinical culture, and deep investment in its local communities.

This is a targeted replacement opportunity with an established patient panel and clinical team in place.

What You Will Do

You will lead Mohs micrographic surgery at a high-volume, well-supported clinical site. Practice is built around fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons with dedicated histology support, experienced surgical techs, and established referral streams from on-site general dermatology and outside providers.

• Salary Range: $350,000 - $500,000+ annually (production-based uplift available)
• Starting production: 75% of Mohs collections

Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited dermatology residency
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology fellowship (or equivalent Mohs training)
• Board certified or board eligible through the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) or AOBD
• Active or eligible for Illinois medical licensure
