Job summary

gpac is seeking a Mohs Surgeon to join a growing, patient-focused dermatology practice in Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a combination role offering Mohs surgery and general dermatology with room to grow your surgical scope, supported by a collaborative team and modern resources.

You will provide direct patient care, perform Mohs surgery, coordinate care with staff, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Board eligibility/certification in Dermatology and Mohs is required with medical licensure in SC

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME Dermatology residency.
• Completion of an ACGME Mohs Micrographic Surgery fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
• Eligible for medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Perform Mohs micrographic surgery to remove skin cancer tumors and interpret histopathologic findings to ensure clear margins.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate results and treatment plans clearly.
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to practice standards of care.
