Job summary

gpac represents a well-established dermatology practice in the Charlotte, NC area seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Mohs Surgeon to take over a ready-made, high-performing Mohs practice with immediate productivity from day one.

The position offers a full-time schedule in Charlotte, NC, with compensation starting at $400K+ depending on experience and the potential for a production-based bonus, plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible Mohs surgeon with strong work ethic and integrity.
• Comfortable joining an established practice with minimal ramp-up time.
• Ability to build and maintain a high-volume Mohs and cosmetic practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mohs micrographic surgery and skin cancer care with a collegial team.
• Continue growing clinical volume across surgical and cosmetic services.
• Collaborate with staff in a patient-first culture.
• Begin 50% general dermatology and 50% Mohs, with potential to shift to 100% Mohs.
