Responsibilities

• Specimen handling, storage, preservation, and identification.
• Freezing tissue and cutting frozen sections with a microtome.
• Staining and placing tissue on slides.
• Preparation and mixing solutions used in MOHS lab.
• Ensuring a safe environment in the lab according to OSHA standards.
