Jackson Physician Search is helping two award-winning Critical Access Hospitals recruit a Dermatology Mohs Surgeon. The role offers a four-day workweek with two days at each hospital and a strong patient flow from Des Moines and Omaha.

The physician will practice Mohs surgery across both sites, supported by EPIC EMR, CLIA-certified histotech staff, Dermatology APPs, and a small nursing team, with centralized scheduling to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Mohs-trained dermatologist (practicing or new grad)
• Two award-winning Critical Access Hospitals
• No local living requirement

Responsibilities

• Provide Dermatology Mohs surgery at two hospitals
• Operate within EPIC EMR system
• Support from CLIA-certified histotech and Dermatology APP; 2-3 LPNs/RNs
• Utilize centralized scheduling
