Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks a Module Facer Operator in Rock Hill, SC to run the single-facer and assist wet-end and dry-end operations. You will setup, operate, clean, and suggest improvements to production processes.
The role requires 6 months experience on the dry end of the corrugator and 6 months as a Doublebacker Operator, with a high school diploma or GED. Lift requirements and potential forklift duties may apply.
POSITION TITLE: Module Facer Operator
REPORTS TO: Supervisor
Responsible for all activities associated with running the single-facer and assisting in wet-end and dry-end operations, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations.
Eligible to bid for this position under the present labor/management agreement or have current work-related experience.
Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.
May be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License.
