Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Modular Permitting Coordinator to manage regulatory compliance and jurisdictional approval for factory-built modular data center assemblies, ensuring seamless transit and site integration.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, quality, production, logistics, product management, project management and field execution teams to verify documentation, maintain compliance records, and correspond with agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in modular permitting and state compliance programs.
• Knowledge of state/regional transportation or building regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication with external officials and internal stakeholders.
• Creation of purchase requisitions.
• Proficiency with ERP tools and state permit portals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Align production milestones with local municipal code requirements and state building approvals.
• Interface with engineering, quality, production, logistics, product management, project management, and field execution teams to verify documentation accuracy.
• Maintain compliance records, tracking logs, and agency correspondence in enterprise resource platforms.
• Strong writing, verbal, organizational and communication skills; using such skills with various levels of management, customers, other employees and external stakeholders.
• The ability to work under minimal supervision daily.
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Any other tasks as assigned by TAS.
